Why is everything in English and prices are in EUR only?

We are planning to operate in all countries from the EU starting in the month of May, 2019. This is why we designed and built our store in the most widely spoken language in Europe – English. Accordingly, all prices are in Euro, which is used by most member states. Automatic conversion to domestic currencies is made by the PayPal payment gateway during checkout. For orders paid and delivered in Bulgaria we are using the fixed conversion rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. Soon we will start translating the entire online store content in Bulgarian, German, French and Spanish.

What are the delivery charges for orders from

Deliveries in Bulgaria are handled by Speedy and cost a fixed EUR 4.00 per order. If the order amounts to EUR 150 and more, the delivery is free of charge.

Which delivery methods do you support?

You are most welcome to come and collect your order directly from our store, located at 132nd km Trakia highway, 4135, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. For deliveries in Bulgaria we are working with one of the leading courier companies in the country – Speedy. Soon we are starting to operate in Europe and we will be using DPD as our delivery partner.

Which payment methods are accepted by

You can pay for you order by the following means:

  • By credit/debit card via the PayPal platform. There is no need of having a PayPal account, the platform is used only to process your payment information securely.
  • Via PayPal using your account balance or an attached card to your account.
  • Cash on delivery (наложен платеж/плащане на място) is available for deliveries handled by Speedy in Bulgaria. Using this means of payment gives you the option to pay for your order when you receive it by the delivery company or when collect your order on-site in our store. You also have the option to open the package and check and confirm the contents.
  • Via a bank wire transfer. Once we receive the amount we are going to process your order.
How long will delivery take?

Deliveries in Bulgaria are processed only on working days and take 1 day to get delivered to the destination address with our shipping provider – Speedy. Additionally, we need up to 24 hours to process your order before handing it to Speedy, so the total usual delivery time is 2 working days after we receive your order. In case unexpected circumstances arise, the delivery time may vary but in all such cases the customer will be duly notified.

How secure is shopping in Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

You get an instant confirmation on your email after we receive your order. If you choose to pay via PayPal or credit card, you will get an additional email confirming that we received your payment. For all payment methods except for “Cash on delivery” we start processing your order after we get a payment confirmation. We process orders only on working days between 0800 and 1600 UTC. It usually takes us up to 24 hours to prepare and dispatch your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is handled to the courier company. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you receive a receipt for your payment immediately. If you specify a company name and a valid VAT number in your billing address you will receive a VAT invoice up to 2 working days after payment. If your company is VAT registered in the EU you will receive an invoice with 0% VAT.
